*General terms and conditions of the cleaning service. The client has to agree to these before we begin servicing their equipment.
Terms:
- all accounts prepaid or credit card on file, charged upon completing service.
- equipment and hose bib must be accessible or a show-up fee will apply.  
- extra dirty filter +$50/filter set.
- all pets must be secured and not contact techs.
- Additional fees may apply if the tech has to remove vegetation, fencing, debris, plumbing pipe, work in mud/water,
deal with insect infestations, or other items preventing them from performing their duty in reasonable working conditions.
- any chemicals delivered will be placed next to the equipment pad.
Restrictions:
- Service area 10 miles radius of 76262
- right to refuse service on unserviceable or broken equipment.
- any property damage claims are limited to the maximum amount of the sale

Pool build clients get an additional 5% off services and 10% off chemicals and parts.
